30-Day Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

Our Philosophy We want you to love what you ordered! Since every product is made-to-order specifically for you, we handle returns a little differently than big box stores.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, poorly printed, or incorrect, you do not need to return it. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will happily offer a free reprint or a full refund.

Wrong Size or “Changed Mind” Because our items are custom-made, we cannot offer full refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizes ordered. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us. While we cannot refund the original order, we can offer a one-time discount code for a replacement of the same item in a different size or color.

Refund Processing If you requested a refund due to a damaged or defective item, we will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
