Order Processing Time All of our products are made-to-order.

• Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to print and quality-check your items before they ship.

• Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery We use DHL eCommerce and USPS for most US deliveries.

• How it works: In many cases, your package will be picked up by DHL and handed over to your local USPS mail carrier for final delivery.

• Standard Shipping (Continental US): 3–7 business days.

• Total Delivery Time: 5–12 business days (Processing + Shipping).

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Territories: Please allow an additional 7–12 business days for delivery to these locations.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify the destination once an order begins production. If a package is returned to us or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the original order will not be refunded. To have the item remade and shipped to a corrected address, the customer will be responsible for a standard $20.00 replacement and reshipping fee.
